Lizzo Sued by Former Dancers for Sexual Harassment and Hostile Work Environment

Grammy-winning singer Lizzo has been sued by three former dancers who allege that she created a hostile work environment and subjected them to sexual harassment. The lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, alleges that Lizzo pressured the dancers to engage with nude performers at a club in Amsterdam, shamed one of them for her weight gain, and fired another dancer after she complained about the harassment. The plaintiffs also allege that Lizzo's production company, Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc., failed to take appropriate action to address the harassment.

The lawsuit is the latest in a series of allegations of misconduct against Lizzo. In 2021, she was accused of racism by a former stylist. She has also been criticized for her use of the word "simp" in a song, which some people believe is derogatory to men.

Lizzo has not yet responded to the lawsuit. However, her lawyer, Brandon Rotman, has said that the allegations are "completely baseless" and that Lizzo "will vigorously defend herself against these claims."

The lawsuit is still pending, and it is unclear how it will be resolved. However, it has already raised questions about Lizzo's behavior and her commitment to creating a safe and supportive work environment for her employees
